An homage to a living painter, Alexandre Hollan. For over 30 years, Alexandre Hollan has observed and painted the trees of the Herault, again and again translating into painting his experience - physical, emotional and spiritual. He also writes, almost every day, about the meaning behind his quest. Through the image of the tree, he questions the way we look at everything : "to see the essential nature, it's best not to look too hard..."
