10.30am - 1pm & 2pm - 6pm
Open bank holidays except January 1st, May 1st, November 1st, December 25th.
You ticket is valid for the whole day, even if you go out to have lunch.
Ticket office closes 30 min before closing.
Exhibition rooms close 10 min before closing.

The museum is labeled "Accueil vélo". Visitors will find at the museum : bycicle parking, plug to charge your battery, water to fill your bottle, repair kit.

The Musée de Lodève is entirely accessible to those in wheel chairs and those who have difficulty walking:
-access by the main entrance
-adapted welcome desk
-lift servicing all parts of the museum
-desks (without backrests or armrests) spread throughout the exhibition spaces
Folding chairs are available without charge at the entrance
Cloakrooms
The museum provides you with free and self-service cloakrooms. They are situated on the first floor close to the elevator and can hold small bags.
Dining
You may leave the museum for lunch and return in the afternoon with the same ticket.
Museum gift shop
Adults and children’s books (in French or in English), post cards, ceramic reproductions, games for children, jewellery, magnets… Always changing, the shop regularly renews its products in order to propose a large selection in keeping with our collections and our philosophy (quality, relevant, playful objects).

Security
In the context of the Vigipirate security controls, a bag and luggage check will be carried out at the entrance. Large bags and suitcases are prohibited.
Any person who refuses this check cannot access the museum.
